    HZ-15型混凝土钻孔取芯机(以下简称钻机)是针对混凝土进行机械钻孔的新型建筑机械。它操作简便、轻巧灵活、移动方便、钻孔及取样尺寸准确、钻孔后表面光洁且对钻取物不发生意外破损,是一种理想的建筑机械。

一、用途(USE)
钻机是用单相串激电机作为动力,配人造金刚石薄壁钻头,主要用于建筑工程、公路、机场、港口、码头、大坝等混凝土工程钻孔取芯的新型系列产品。这样,建筑施工中对预制板需预留孔或施工后手工开凿孔的落后施工工艺方法有了很跨越性的进步,当然科研取芯也非常理想。
另外,本钻机对其他非金属脆硬材料,如耐火材料、陶瓷、玻璃、岩石也同样可进行钻孔取芯。

三、结构与工作原理(STRUCTURE AND WORKING PRINCIPLE
 
 
钻机为立式钻孔方向垂直向下;由电动机、变速箱、钻头、立柱、底座、升降机构等组成。
钻机的结构如图示,单相串激电机装在减速箱上,减速箱固定在升降机构上,使减速箱能带动其主轴下面的钻头作上下移动,以达到钻孔或取芯的目的。
立柱上有齿条,使变速箱沿立柱作上下移动,而其移动是通过手动旋转进给手柄达到。
The direction of the drill string is vertical down.It is made up by the composition of the motor,gearbox,the drill bit,column,base,body movements.
The structure of drill string, such as icon. Series single-phase motors mounted on the Gearbox.The slowdown box is fixed on the body movements.
The slowdown box can drive the drill bit which under the Spindle up and down to achieve the drilling or core purpose
There is rack on the column.It makes gearbox up and down along the column.And the movement of the gearbox is by the manual rotation of the feed handle.
 
四、使用方法(USAGE)
(一)使用前准备工作
1、为保证安全正常工作,使用前,先阅读使用说明书,熟悉钻机的结构和使用方法。
2、把钻机各部分擦干净、立柱的齿条部位加20号机械油(GB443-64)润滑。
3、在需钻孔处先用电钻打一个孔φ19*50,将钻机移至工作处,调整支承螺钉,用水平仪观察至水平,此时两滚轮应离地,然后把膨胀螺栓按在φ19*50孔处上紧。
4、钻机固定好后,将水嘴接上水源、拧开水源开关、检查是否有水流出,如有则属正常。
5、按要求打孔的尺寸装上钻头。
6、接通电路、打开电路开关,空运转进给手柄,检查是否灵活,动作可靠,如各部件动作灵活时方可进行操作。

1、In order to ensure the safety work,someone should read the manual
and familiar with the structure and usage of drilling bit before use.
2、cleanning all parts of the drilling string and iubricating the rack that on the Column with 20# machinery oil (GB443-64).
3、To make a hole aboutφ19*50 in the Department that need to be drilled  with an electric drill.Then move the drill string to the Department.And regulate the support screw.Then use the level of instrument to observe the level of drill string. At this point the two wheels should be away from the groud.And then tight the expansion bolts in the holes aboutφ19*50.
4、Connect the tap with water and open the Switch of water after fix on the drill string.Then check on if there is water running out.If it is,it is normal.
5、Fit the drill bit with the required right size.
6、Access circuit and open circuit switch to make the feed handle run.Then check whether the all parts of the drilling string are flexibility and reliable action. Then it is allowed to carry out the operation.
(二)使用中注意事项
1、钻机钻孔时,应该手感阻力不大,切削平稳,钻时进给速度为4-5m/min左右,当钻孔接近完毕时,由于切削力的改变,钻孔有些震动,此时要适当降低进给速度,当切削完毕时,应立即快速提升钻头直至刃口脱离工作,并关闭钻机和切断水源。
2、整个钻进过程中必须保持充分水冷却。从钻进物体槽中观察,如水供应不足,需停钻进行检查。但当钻削将完毕时,水流入下层而不外溢,此属正常。
3、钻孔中和钻进结束快速提升钻头时,不得停车,而应待钻头刚刚脱离工作时,停止主轴旋转,再将钻头提升。
4、钻进中,如发现钻头受卡,应迅速将钻头提升一段,然后再慢慢钻入,切忌硬性钻进而打坏钻头。
5、如钻进过程中,电机温度超过70℃,应暂时停机,待冷却后再使用。
6、拨动开关钮,正向转动操作手柄,使钻头慢慢接触混凝土表面,待钻头刀部入槽后,方可加压进钻。
7、如在进钻过程中,出现钻头不能进钻,钻头表面金刚石部分没有全部露出,需用强磨耗材(如耐火砖、砂轮等)开刃,使钻头表面层金刚石完全露出,此时,用手摸表面层,有毛糙感,方可进钻。

3、When drilling or rapid upgrade the drill dig at the end of drilling,you mustn’t to cut down power until the drill dig out of work.Then stop the spindle and take up the drill dig.
4、If you find the drill dig is locked when drilling,you shall promptly upgrade the drill dig for a bit and then slowly penetrating.It aviods to force drilling then damage the drill dig.
5、If the motor temperature exceeds 70 ℃ when drilling,we should stop the motor for a moment.It should be used after cooling.
6、Strucking the button and turning the handle forward. Make the drill dig slowly contact with the concrete surface.It can drilling into with pressure after the dig-edge is into the groove.
7、If the drill dig can not to get into the ground when drilling. The drill dig’s Surface which is made of diamond is not completely exposed.It should use strong mill supplies such as firebricks and grindstones to sharp the dig. So that the surface layer of diamond drill completely exposed. Then touch the surface layer. There is a sense of rough.It can drill.

六、维护和保养(MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR)
1、如钻进过程中有些震动,钻进结束后,必须仔细检查连结部位,及时调整紧固。
2、钻机应保持清洁。当钻进完毕,应将钻机各部位擦干净后,并加机油润滑各运动部位,放在防尘干燥处,用塑料薄膜罩罩上。
3、钻头装入主轴前,应在两件连结螺纹处加入该基润滑脂、再拧紧、以便拆卸时方便。
4、长期停止工作的钻机,在重新使用时,必须测试绕阻与机壳间的 ,其数值应不少于5MΩ。
5、钻头刃口磨损和崩裂严重应更换钻头,以免在钻削过程中损坏电机而不能继续作业。
6、必须定期检查电源线、插头、开关、碳刷、换向器,以免使用时发生事故。
7、必须定期检查减速箱内润滑油情况,并随时加以补充;轴承处加钙一钠基润滑脂(ZGN-1或ZGN-2);齿轮上加3号钙基润滑脂(ZG-3).
1、If there is some shock in the process,we have to check carefully at the site link after the drilling.And adjustment and fastening in time.
2、Drill digs should be kept clean. All parts of the drill string should be wiped and use machine oil to lubricate each of the campaign site after drilling. Cover it with plastic film cast and put it where dry and dust-proof.
3、It should be put grease in the two thread link before the drill dig fixed on the spindle.Then tighten it for convenient to disassemble.
4、The drill string that have stopped working for a long time.It must test resistance and chassis insulation resistance when re-use the drill string. It’s value should be not less than 5MΩ.
5、If the dig-edge broke or crack serious,it should change the drill dig. In order to avoid damage the motor unable to work while drilling.
6、It must inspecte regularly of the power cord,switch,brush,commutator in order to aviod an accident happen.
7、It need to check the situation of machine oil in the gearbox regularly.And add the machine oil at any time.And add Ca-Na-grease(ZGN-1 or ZGN-2) on bearing.Gear should be added with Ga-grease(ZG-3).

一、用途(USE)
HZ-15型多功能混凝土钻孔取芯机(以下简称多功能钻机),该钻机采用一机多用,既可以钻孔取芯,又可以将芯样切割、磨平。大大提高了工作效率,减少设备投资,是一种理想的建设工程检测机械。
HZ-15-type multi-function concrete core drilling machine(features drilling string).The multi-function drilling string serves several purposes.It can drill core, cut core samples and remove the samples. It has greatly enhanced the efficiency and reduced investment in equipment. It is an ideal construction of mechanical testing.

三、结构原理(STRUCTURE)
该机在原钻机的基础上,增加了切割工作台、夹具、锯片、磨头等设备。
On the basis of original drill string,there have an increase of cutting table,Fixture,saw,head and so on equipment.
四、使用方法(USAGE)
1、钻机结束后,将钻机固定在不同的工作台面上,如固定在混凝土上用电钻打一个φ19*50孔一个,然后把膨胀螺栓按在此孔处,将钻孔机移至固定位置、安装紧。如固定在其他工作台面上,配一个M12*120的螺丝,以相同方法固定。
2、钻机固定好后,拉出进给滑架和变速箱,装上切割工作台和夹具,装回进给滑架和变速箱。将芯样装在夹具内,将主轴上的钻头拆下,换上锯片,接所需芯样高度,然后用进给手柄调节,接通水源,水源对准锯片入口,保持水源流量在3-5M/min,然后进行切割,(如对φ150芯样切割时,先切一半,然后再将芯样转180度切断),芯样按规定高度多出2-3m/m。

2、Pull out the slip frame and gearbox after having fixed the drill string.And then equipp with cutting table and fixture.And slip back into the frame and gearbox.Put the core samples into fixture.The drill dig should be removed from the spindle and change with the saw. Then connect the core samples with required height.Then ues the feed handle to adjust.
Make contact of water.Water aims to the entrance of saw. Maintain the flow of water in the 3-5M/min. And then procees to cut.If the kind of core sample is aboutφ150,first cut half of it and then turn the core sample 180 degrees to cut off.The core sample is more than 2-3m/m required hight.
